Confetti Series is a group of forms that seek to engage with the idea of time and decay. The Confetti vessels are shaped in traditional forms and are decorated with the discarded trimmings from other projects. In subsequent vessels in the series, the “discarded” pieces attached to the main form become bigger and bigger; giving the feeling that not only the leftover crumbs of a project were used, but whole shards of otherwise thrown away work are integrated into something new.
